Shipping and Delivery Policy for WishKart.com

At WishKart, we are committed to ensuring that your refurbished tech devices reach you safely, securely, and on time. We partner with top-tier, reliable courier services across India to provide a seamless delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing timelines, shipping charges, and delivery terms.


1. Order Processing Timelines

  • Standard Processing: All orders are verified, processed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National/State Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or high-value prepaid orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for address and order verification before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be canceled at the company's discretion to prevent fraudulent bookings.
  • Notification: You will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We deliver Pan-India using trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and FedEx. Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or logistical strikes may cause delays. WishKart is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Restrictions

To mitigate the risk of fake orders and logistics losses, our COD policy is subject to the following conditions:

  • COD is available only on select pin codes verifiable by our courier partners.
  • There may be a maximum order value limit for COD purchases. For bulk orders or high-value items, prepaid methods are mandatory.
  • Customers who refuse a COD order at the time of delivery will be blacklisted from future COD purchases and restricted to prepaid orders only.

4. RTO (Return to Origin) & Non-Availability Policy

To protect WishKart against logistical losses due to incomplete addresses or customer unavailability:

  • Our courier partners will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unavailable, refuses the delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
  • For Prepaid Orders: In the event of an RTO due to customer fault, a standard deduction of ₹500 or actual two-way shipping charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics and packaging costs. The balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Transit Damage, Tampered Parcels & Lost Packages

We take extreme care in packaging your electronics to withstand transit shocks. However, to claim shipping insurance and protect your purchase, please adhere to the following:

  • Tampered Packaging: If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, crushed, or if the security seal is broken/tampered with at the time of delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL. Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: As explicitly stated in our Return Policy, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items or transit damage. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be summarily rejected.
  • Reporting Time: Any transit damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video attached.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, report it to us within 24 hours. We will initiate a Proof of Delivery (POD) dispute with the courier. WishKart is not responsible for packages lost after verified delivery (e.g., OTP-based delivery) to the address provided.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You can track your package directly on our website under the "Track Order" section or via the respective courier partner's portal using your AWB (Airway Bill) number.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. A valid residential, commercial, or office address with a reachable contact number is mandatory.
  • Deliveries to restricted zones (e.g., military bases, certain government campuses) may be restricted or require you to collect the package from the nearest courier hub.
